Branded PDF invoices sent by WhatsApp or email, part-payments, statements of account and overdue tracking. Amounts are always exact.

Vaccines due, grooming overdue and upcoming appointments, sent to owners by WhatsApp (from your clinic's own linked number) or email.

Inventory and suppliers

Stock with a full history of every change, low-stock and expiry alerts, purchases on credit and supplier balances.

How to buy and get started

Each licence is tied to one computer, so activation takes one short exchange with us.

  1. Download and install PetClinic CRM on the clinic computer: download the installer and run it. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info and then Run anyway.
  2. Choose your plan and pay. Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your clinic's name and the plan you want, and we send you a secure Paddle checkout link. Card details are entered only on Paddle's checkout, never in the software or to us.
  3. Send us your machine code. The software shows it on its first screen, with a Copy button.
  4. Activate. We email or WhatsApp you your licence within one business day. Paste it into the software and set up your clinic in a few minutes.
  5. Renewal is automatic. Your subscription renews at the end of each period and your licence is renewed with it. Updates install themselves.

Questions

Does it need the internet?

No. Everything works offline. The internet is only used to send WhatsApp and email messages and to download updates.

Where is my clinic's data stored? Can you see it?

All records, photos and attachments are stored on your own computer. We never receive or have access to them. The software includes one-click backups and optional weekly automatic backups to a folder or USB drive of your choice.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

Each subscription covers one computer. For a second computer, take a second subscription. If you replace or repair your computer, we move your licence to the new one at no charge.

What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?

The software keeps working normally for 14 days after the licence ends. After that it becomes read-only: you can still open, search, print and export everything, but you cannot add or change records until you renew. Your data is never deleted.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you ask within 14 days of any payment, you get a full refund. See our refund policy.

How do WhatsApp reminders work?

You link your clinic's own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, the same way as WhatsApp's linked devices. Messages are then sent from your number, one at a time with pauses and a daily limit. We recommend using a dedicated clinic number. Email reminders can be sent through Gmail or any email provider.

Which payment methods can I use?

Paddle, our reseller, accepts major credit and debit cards and other methods depending on your country. The options are shown at checkout.

Does it run on Mac?

Not yet. PetClinic CRM currently runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).

Are updates included?

Yes. New versions are included in every plan and install automatically. Your data, licence and settings are always kept.
